  • Misuse or abuse of the platform

In such cases, no refunds will be issued unless otherwise required by law.

2. Refund Policy

Because our pricing is based on actual usage, we generally do not issue refunds for services already consumed. However, we recognize that issues can arise. Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

2.1 Eligible Refund Scenarios

We may issue full or partial refunds:

  • If you were charged due to a system error or billing glitch

  • If you were billed after properly canceling your account before the end of the billing cycle

  • If you experienced platform downtime or service disruption lasting longer than 24 hours and you notify us within 7 days of the incident

Refunds are issued at our sole discretion after reviewing the case.

2.2 Ineligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Partial usage during a billing cycle

  • Failure to cancel before a billing renewal

  • Downtime or disruptions caused by third-party dependencies

  • Inactivity or non-use of the Service

3. Usage-Based Billing

  • All charges are based on actual usage metrics (e.g., storage, bandwidth, compute time).

  • Usage is calculated daily and billed monthly unless otherwise specified in your agreement.

  • You can monitor usage and estimated charges via your account dashboard.

4. Disputes and Requests

If you believe you were incorrectly charged, please contact us within 15 days of the charge appearing on your account. Send your inquiry to hey@houseoffoss.com with:

  • Your account email

  • Invoice or transaction ID

  • A detailed description of the issue

We will respond within 5 business days.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
